Chief Executive Officer

Marc Willency leads Electric Lightwave as the CEO and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. A telecommunications veteran, he has broad experience leading network solutions, operations, customer service and sales-related organizations.

Willency joined Integra in 2015 from Level 3 Communications where he served as group vice president for customer solutions and enablement, overseeing several sales, operations, and customer experience management functions in the North American region. Previous to that, he served as senior vice president of customer operations at tw telecom and held a number of senior positions in operations, sales and support, and customer experience. Willency holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University in telecommunications.



Chief Financial Officer

In his role as CFO, Jesse Selnick oversees Electric Lightwave’s finance, strategy and corporate development, as well as responsibility for several components of Electric Lightwave’s sales and operating organization. Selnick joined Electric Lightwave in 2012, bringing more than 15 years of financial management, operations, strategy and transaction experience, with an emphasis in telecommunications and technology markets.

For nearly 10 years prior to joining Electric Lightwave, Selnick worked in Blackstone’s M&A and strategic advisory group with an emphasis on the technology and telecommunications sectors. Selnick has a Bachelor’s degree in economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.




As head of Electric Lightwave, Dan Stoll leads the company with a focus on delivering network solutions to large enterprise, government, education and wholesale customers, while driving the company’s strategic fiber assets and differentiated support model.

Stoll joined Electric Lightwave in 2000 as a business manager with the company’s Utah operations; since then, he has held a range of leadership roles including vice president of customer operations and senior vice president of strategy and development. Stoll graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Westminster College and earned an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.



Senior Vice President, General Manager, Integra

In his role as general manager, Brady Adams leads Integra, a business of Electric Lightwave, with a focus on the continued delivery of network solutions to the brand’s incumbent customers. In leveraging Integra’s depth, history and partnership with Electric Lightwave, Brady helps create and drive competitive solutions for a variety of customers, including those in Minnesota and Colorado, as well as small business customers throughout all markets.

With over 25 years of experience, Brady joined the company in 2015 upon the acquisition of Optic Access where he served as CEO. Prior to Optic Access, Brady held the role of chief operating officer for OneSource Networks and chief technology officer for 360 Networks. Brady has over 25 years of experience building and managing successful communication companies including Grande Communications based in Austin, Texas. He studied Electrical Engineering Technology in both the U.S. and Canada and attended Texas State University.



Senior Vice President, Law & Policy

Karen Clauson brings more than 20 years of experience in the communications industry to her role as Electric Lightwave’s senior vice president and general counsel, in which she directs legal and regulatory strategies and oversees the company’s legal department. Her extensive experience includes responsibility for corporate and commercial litigation, governance, compliance, contractual and employment matters.

Clauson joined the company in 2007 with the acquisition of Eschelon Telecom. Prior to that, Clauson managed policy and regulatory matters for MCI Communications. She began her legal career in the litigation department of the law firm Dorsey & Whitney as part of the firm’s communications group, while also serving on the editorial board of the American Bar Association’s Litigation Journal. Clauson graduated with top honors from the University of Minnesota Law School and has a Master’s degree in communication from Utah State University.



Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

Steve Fisher, senior vice president and CTO, leads the engineering design and network planning organization for Electric Lightwave’s overall network and architecture. Previously, he was vice president of network planning and security in which he managed the company’s network planning, engineering, architecture, as well as cyber security operations, crisis management and cloud operations. Steve designed and created the company’s security program, based on the NIST 800 Special Publications. Under Steve’s leadership, Integra has a robust and mature security program that includes a security operations center (SOC), a DDoS threat management system and investment in Long Management and Analytics Tools & Event Management System (SIEM).

Steve has more than 20 years of telecom operations and engineering experience in the roles of director of network engineering, vice president of corporate operations, and vice president of provisioning. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Francisco.



Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Felicity O’Herron has more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field. O’Herron provides Electric Lightwave an exceptional track record of building strong HR teams and initiatives that drive company strategies and operational goals, and a focus on creating a performance-based culture. Most recently, Felicity served as senior vice president of human resources with ProBuild Holdings, a building materials distributor. Prior to that, she worked for Qwest Communications as vice president of human resources. O’Herron holds a law degree from the Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America. She also holds an undergraduate degree in psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
